Northside Highlanders Pipe Band is based in the northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. The band began in 1980 as Wanneroo Pipe Band, later becoming North Metro Pipe Band Inc. in 2008 to better reflect the wider area its members came from. It now performs as Northside Highlanders Pipe Band.

The band is a family-oriented Grade 4 organisation, active in both community performances and competition. It has performed widely across Western Australia, from Shark Bay to Kalgoorlie and Albany, and has also travelled overseas, including to Scotland.

Northside Highlanders has a long association with ANZAC Day events, including playing for the Mandurah march for more than 25 years. Today, the band continues to rehearse in Wanneroo, welcomes learners and experienced players, and offers piping and drumming tuition while promoting pipe band music in Perth’s northern suburbs.
