Cullybackey Pipe Band is based in Cullybackey, County Antrim, Northern Ireland, and was formed in March 1919. The band has been described as an integral part of village life since its foundation, giving it more than a century of local piping history. It remains active in the Northern Ireland pipe band scene, performing locally and competing under the RSPBA Northern Ireland Branch.

The band has long represented the village’s musical and community identity, with older local material celebrating “the kilty boys” of Cullybackey and naming John McClean as an early leader figure.
